How to book

Are the prices on the website per person or apartment?

The prices on the website are per apartment/night.
It is not allowed to exceed the number of people allowed per apartment.
It can be found in the description of every apartment type.

What is the payment method for my reservation?

At the time of booking, your credit card details will be requested only to guarantee the reservation.
Payment may vary depending on the rate we choose
You can pay at reception on the day of arrival in cash or by card.
The maximum amount accepted is up to 900 €.

Is it possible for me to extend or modify my stay?

You can request it via email or phone listed on the website. Contact us at recepcion@villalobossuites.com

Can I request a cot?

Yes, it’s free and you can book a cot upon request. Please inform us at the time of booking or by email. We do not have extra beds, some apartments have a sofa bed. You can consult by email and we will inform you.

Cancellation policy

Cancelling your reservation is free until 2 days before arrival. You will have to pay the price of the first night if you cancel during the 2 days before your arrival date.

These conditions may vary according to season and will be visible in your booking made.

Non-refundable offer: 100% expenses, no changes or cancellations.

What is the process for cleaning and changing towels and sheets?

Every 2 days, cleaning is performed, and towels and sheets are changed every 4 days.

Reception

The hours of the face-to-face reception are from 11 h to 20 h in case those who are outside the opening hours can call the reception number and we will attend immediately.
